Thomas MI was extremely disappointed that I was charged $25 for cleaning. That should have disclosed up front. It is unethical for uhaul to charge this without notification and not based upon some inspection.

Art BThe first location didn’t have my truck! The location down the road had 8, but were closed because with technical difficulties! So the first location sent me to the last location where the gate was closed and waited for a half hour for someone to show up. A mechanic was leaving the property and he contacted the guy that was supposed to show up. The mechanic ended up having to take care of me and I was thankful to him. My problem isn’t with any of the locations, but with uhaul itself. Why the location with 8 trucks, which is the one I selected, never was selected for me. Instead I had to go a wild goose chase in order to get a truck!

Joe OSomeone called because the equipment was dropped off and it didn’t look like it went according to plan (drop off was 2000 miles in the wrong direction) he called to clear up things and was very helpful but I still haven’t heard from U-Haul about fixing my incorrectly charged amounts

Diane MThere is a dead zone for cell use at this location....this fact should be noted on the website. there was NO WAY to go on the app to check the rental in. We filled the tank to the place where is was when it was picked up, I when it was finally checked in bu the drop off location...1 personnel was very rude, 1 was quite nice...the 1 that was rude, just kept stating that it was going to be over an hour until it was checked in. We could see that he was busy with his other business, the automotive shop he was running. I was concerned about a charge for it being late, I should not have worried. I left and very shortly received a statement that said that my credit card was charged over $112 for not filling the fuel to the level that it was when it was picked up. I should have been notified prior to charging! That charge should have gone onto another credit card. That is soooo wrong, I understand that it might have been off...but only by a bit...most certainly not $112 worth! Where the hell do you get your fuel???? $20-$30 maybe....How does UHAUL get away with this??? I believe that UHAUL owes me at least $60 refund on this situation. I will most certainly be passing this experience along on all social media. Sarah Guerrero

janice bWhen trailer was returned at 08:30am we were told the person that checks it in wasn’t there yet but be in shortly he would then check it in and send a email. By 4:30pm we haven’t received a email. I then called the return place and spoke with the gentleman that told me it wasn’t there and it was at another location call them. The other location said the didn’t have it but would go look to be sure it wasn’t. At this point we drove a 1/2hr to where we returned it and it was right next to the office door to be checked in we spoke to the guy that was supposed to check it in and he was also the one who told me it wasn’t there, clearly it was he just had to step out of his office and LOOK! As he was locking up at the moment he would check it in in the AM . He didn’t and it took a phone call from me to UHaul to him to finally check it in. A day late also was fortunate nothing happened overnight to trailer .

janice jThere were transmission issues and a very heavy exhaust leak, the truck was only going 35mph up any incline and what should have been a 6-7hour drive turned into a 13 hour drive. There was no one at the business when I dropped the truck so I went to see Oscar at Taskers on 11/27/23 to advise him of the transmission issue and the exhaust smell. I am waiting to hear back from Oscar about a credit on my card, please call 510-917-5714.

SHAWN MIt would be great if the location had better cell service for after hours returns. I used the drop box only because there was no cell service in that area. Having said that the return was completed with no other issues.
