Dissatisfied customer. I was charged for driving over 50 miles and that is absolutely impossible! I made 2 trips from my old house to my new house which are only 6.5 miles apart. I will be contacting the facility Monday morning.

No serious issue observed but a more welcoming greeting with a smile too will be welcome to the customer whoever it is. Although my partner abruptly cancelled our initial pickup, I did apologize to him and we made it up by helping Uhaul with your Trailer move-over from Sonora to Fairfield. Secondly, the clerk was very helpful in hooking up the Trailer to the truck for me.

Tom MThe employee refused to let me rent the trailer without using uhaul's insurance, which is illegal and against uhaul's policy. He told me take the insurance or rent somewhere else. Uhaul refunded me for the insurance, and I'll be renting elsewhere from now on.
