carly bNo serious issue observed but a more welcoming greeting with a smile too will be welcome to the customer whoever it is. Although my partner abruptly cancelled our initial pickup, I did apologize to him and we made it up by helping Uhaul with your Trailer move-over from Sonora to Fairfield. Secondly, the clerk was very helpful in hooking up the Trailer to the truck for me.
