The inside of cab smelled horrible and there was dog hair on seats and dash area.

Charles HThat van has an issue with the front end making ot very diificult to drive comfortably. Id say the ball joints or a ball joint is set up making fo some pretty uncomfortable driving. Steering wheel wont return ater making a turn you physically have to bring it back . I wanted to jack it up and take a look and see what was going on with it. The van I rented a few years a go was great this one I woundnt take out on major highway with out some work done on the front end.

Anthony MThe roof leaked. Our contents got soaked. The pouring rain made the ramp a death trap, slowing our unload, which meant we couldn't return the truck on time, so I was penalized with a late fee. Our contents were soaked inside the truck. Boxes.... saturated! Mattresses dripping wet. But penalize me!!
Valerie TOur over all experience was good. We returned the truck and trailer a day early with more gas than half a tank. And you get know refund for returning early. Which is wrong. If you keep it a day later they charge you more.
Midge WI would recommend paving the driveway at the location as it is currently unpaved. It was a bit difficult to park and walk there as I arrived there after rain. However, the personnel here are nice and extremely helpful!
Ayush SVan had some mechanical issues with wheel bearings, breaks, rotors... last maintenance sticker was dated 9/2022. No inspection sticker on it.

kevin pTruck wasn't cleaned out from last usage
PENROSEFREEMAN DA couple comments about the truck. I didn't observe this myself, but someone told me there was a backup light out. On another note, I was told that the gas tank was full, but when I got in to drive it, the needle appeared to be only at about 7/8. I didn't go back into the store and report it, because I thought it might be that that's where "full" registered in that truck. However, when I filled I filled the tank before returning the truck, the needle went (characteristically) a bit beyond the full line. I didn't seek compensation, because AIMS had already gone above and beyond for us on this rental. But it should be noted that whoever was responsible for reading and reporting the fuel level, did so incorrectly.

Renae DI never rented a tow dolly. I tried to call uhaul multiple times to correct their error to no avail. I can report aims/uhaul for fraudulent actions but not correct the issue.
