Anthony M.The roof leaked. Our contents got soaked. The pouring rain made the ramp a death trap, slowing our unload, which meant we couldn't return the truck on time, so I was penalized with a late fee. Our contents were soaked inside the truck. Boxes.... saturated! Mattresses dripping wet. But penalize me!!
Valerie T.Our over all experience was good. We returned the truck and trailer a day early with more gas than half a tank. And you get know refund for returning early. Which is wrong. If you keep it a day later they charge you more.
Midge W.I would recommend paving the driveway at the location as it is currently unpaved. It was a bit difficult to park and walk there as I arrived there after rain. However, the personnel here are nice and extremely helpful!
