The gentleman that assisted me in renting a moving truck was very kind, very professional. I typically would go to U-Haul in Bath but the gentleman there is very cranky and short in conversation. I will not go there or much less be in contact with him again. I will call Hornell U-Haul and drive the extra 1/2 hour for the great service!!
