Not everyone has a major credit card to rent a trunk, Uhaul should included debit Visa', MasterCard and all other prepaid cards. Other than that it was a great experience.LIZ J.

The lady who helped us complained about being at work and how WE were killing her because she is allergic to pollen and renting a Uhaul wasn't a necessity and should be closed. This was very unprofessional and was not a good look for the brand.Winifred E.

Service was excellent. My only suggestion is to have cushions for short drivers. She had me use the blanket, which worked fine, but if someone is shorter than me they would have needed a cushion. Thery're also more comfortable.Naomi S.
Absolutly terrible experience, they were to stupid to put the correct info. Into the computer, then more incompetent to where they couldn't ask a question to figure out their mistake. Instead had my husband drive to 3 different locations when it had reserved a trailer ahead of time. Stupid employees in Warner Robins, stupid employees in Union City. Sad that U-haul has hired idiot's to operate computers. There are people out there that are skilled and need a job... Just saying...James W.

I received a text message confirming this as my drop off location for no later than 10:00am on 28 August 2019.. I looked up the time the location was schedule to closed and it stated 6:00pm. I arrived at the location at 5:45pm on 27 August 2019 and before I could park the truck an agent was outside informing they were closed and they had no more arrivals for the evening. I showed the agent my text indicating this was my drop off location. She then stated that she had ran all transactions for the day and had closed down the system and directed me to utilize the self service online option if I wanted to leave the truck there at that point. I did use the self-service check in and it was very quick and easy. The agent on duty was very rude and unprofessional, I hate that I did not get her name. I was upset when she stated that the location was closed as it was only 5:45, but grateful the self service online option was available. I recommend customer service training as they way she presented things could have been much more professional.CAMERON C.

The vehicle transporter that we rented was clean, but in hindsight was very poorly maintained. In less than an hour after renting the transporter, one of the four wheels on the trailer broke off. If it were not for the attention to detail that my business partner and I pay to everything we do, this could very well have ended in catastrophe for us, or other travelers on Interstate-75 south in Atlanta. To go into any greater detail about our horrible 10 hour ordeal would be fruitless. I will suffice it to say that this experience was the absolute worst that I have ever had in 57 years on this Earth. I am hopeful that Uhaul can do better. My life, my partner's life, and the lives of others were in harm's way. If it were not for the split second decision we made to pull off of the Interstate when we did, someone could have lost everything. This experience will not soon fade from our memories.Ennis H.

They lie about how much gas in the truckANDRE H.
The eventual pick up location was fine. The problem was that I was notified 5 minutes before arriving at the scheduled pick up location that the truck I had reserved was not available. When I arrived there the same size truck was there but I was informed that it was reserved for pick up the next day. Instead of giving me that truck and getting another one for the following day I was instructed to go to another location 20 miles away to get a larger truck. The new location was in the opposite direction I was traveling so I had to back track an additional 20 miles. I was late for a scheduled pick up due to the mix up by UHaul. The contact person that called me added 40 miles to my allowed mileage. When I requested she bump it to 75 she acted as if I asked for a free rental. The additional mileage that was needed because of the detour put me right at the limit but the unwillingness to add more mileage before hand was less than I would expect after the inconvenience caused by the scheduling error. I have used Uhaul many times and have always been satisfied. This rental was very disappointing.Ben N.

Her customer service is outstanding and I really appreciate all the assistance she provided me while I and 8 hour day moving all of my belongings. The service was wonderful at both facilities. Unfortunately, while in between our destination, the U-Haul unhitched while driving on us27. Thank God we were not traveling at a high rate of speed and there were not many people on the road. We were able to control the U-Haul enough to pull over to the side. It turned out that the part that went over the ball was not tightened on tight enough which allowed it to become unhitched. We did finally make it to our destination safely.marion C.

Well the woman at the counter was respectable for the most part but she called me and told me that I needed to have the U-Haul back by 2 I believe she double booked it so she got a little irritated on the phone as though I did something wrong to her and told me it wasn't back by closing she would charge me another $50 but she never gave me Pacific time to have it back and if did I don't remember talking about it with her so I returned it about 6:30 p.m. I gassed it up and left the key in the Dropbox I only went about 18 miles.dion W.

I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. The service is terrible. I was sent different locations and finally received my truck 4 hours late. I had a very bad excellent with picking up this truck. I will rent from Budget next time I need to move anything.SHERNANDA B.

I had to go to three different places because the first two places gave away the available truck when I had a reservation in the system, the third place I went to was out my range which caused me to pay for extra miles.
