The guy was very rude when i went in to ask for help. The truck was very rusty and made the runway difficult to open and close as well as the lock for the back door was almost impossible to latch without hurting yourself. Also this truck was unnecessarily expensive never have i paid that much for mileage. I am beyond pissed off that for a 5 hr rental that should’ve costed me max $60 cost me $130. Never again

The ramp on the truck was broken and placed in the trailer, I did not have any of the accessories I ordered and was not notified they were unavailable.
