Fairmont site was great, would have been better if I could have picked up in Golden though. But I got a discount and extra miles for driving to Fairmont to pick up

Pickup location was closed at scheduled pickup time. Local phone number - no response. Had to call Alberta regional manager number. Waited 90 mins before they showed up. Paid for moving blankets but they were not provided. Made packing very difficult. REQUEST PARTIAL REFUND
