How U-Haul Reviews WorkWorst service, they charged me extra money when I dropped of the 20 foot at renfrew location Burnaby BC ;I dropped exactly at the same time and the guy charged me with extra when I called and asked him why did he charged? He said It’s nothing to do with me but it’s U haul who had charged with extra money. When I called hU haul the csr said she cannot help me any thing but it’s the local dealer , the worst service I will not use next time or recommend any one else U haul.U haul charged me with extra unnecessary charges
SADATULLAH MVery disorganized and truck full of blankets and had to wait for them to unload. Paid more than expected too
