The person running this location was a bit odd. Some of his conversations were unnecessary and weird. The place looked like someone's home, so I knocked. He made a comment of "didn't you see me come in? You could have just walked in." I told him no I didn't see you walk in, thats why I knocked. And besides, I thought it was a residence so I wasn't just going to walk in. I did appreciate the representatives from the 1800 number who helped me before getting the uhaul truck and when I called again to extend my rental. But the guy who runs this location was kind of arguing my partner down trying to show proof how he verbally told me I could turn the rental in by 3:30pm and was trying to show proof from his computer, but before I got the uhaul I told him I would be finished by 1pm but I extended it through the 1800 number which showed the 3pm time to return the truck back. Not sure where he got 3:30pm. Anyway, I would use uHaul again if needed in the future but I will not return nor recommend this particular location.

Mckinley FI left one cardboard top in truck and was charged $25.00. Put enough gas in tank and they. Garage me 2 gallons short - not. I been using this location for years. Unacceptable . The place was closed when I dropped off truck but before I can get home I received the charges . Ummm!!
SHARON CI returned a 4-day rental after about 6 hours because we were unable to load a car onto the trailer. The trailer never even left Houston. I received no refund or credit at all. I think refunding at least two of the days would have been appropriate. George at Alco was very friendly and helpful.

FELICIA MOwner/agent should take care to tighten the hookup of the trailer to customer's hitch. I had to tighten it to minimize the rough vibrations being transmitted from the trailer to my van. Also, the safety chains should be hooked up without scraping the ground. Mine were scraping and causing sparks. Overall, though, I had a good experience: check-in and return were easy, and the agent was pleasant.

Stephanie TCheck in was very difficult. Agent was pushy about my pickup time. Called me 15 minutes after my pickup time. When I arrived, he had difficulty with the reservation because it was under a Corporate Account.
