Completely dark location. Dome light didn't work and I was charged a $45 cleaning fee because left a cup and a mask in the vehicle and didn't fold the dozen blankets that I couldn't see. Also charged $20 for after hours drop off. I dropped the van off at 9:00 pm. The guy was still there and said he would check it in the next morning and I handed him the key. What a joke.MARK B.
It took an hour to pick up the vehicle and I had to call UHAUL customer service and live chat with someone. We called the location where we were picking it up (which said it was open) and he did not answer the phone. The keys were nowhere they said they would be. The contract was not right on my app though I was called a day earlier to confirm a different location to pick up my truck. My app (Truck 24/7) stated the previous contract and did not work there. It was beyond frustrating. Luckily the people I talked to on uhaul were helpful.Alexandria M.
It was suppose to be open. No one was there for drop off, just a large barking dog throwing himself against the door. I called them, got a voicemail. Later they sent an automated text, and then another when I responded to themClay K.

This location was fine, but it wasn't the location where we had reserved a trailer. UHaul should have informed us of the location change. We wasted valuable time going to two locations.STANLEY C.
