Guy was very disrespectful and rude.. his face mask was dirty. Very unprofessional. Lack of interpersonal skills. Had a horrible attitude. I will never come here again. And don't recommend this particular place to anyone.

My reservation had me picking up a truck in another location - one far more convenient to my home. Went there to find the truck was not working and that I had to go to another location. This has happened before - Seems like the norm for this company. Bait and switch once they get your credit card number. I had completed everything online and was assured it was a contactless transaction. When I got to the new location I had to do everything in person and it took close to 30 minutes. Not what you want to experience when you are moving.

I want o know why I was charged 20.00 dollars for returning the truck! I parked it I filled it with gas I returned it early and then put the key away yet you robbed me for the fact that the dealer was closed WHY!!!!! This was an inconvenience for me you should have given me 20.00 for doing your work

Took very long to get approval despite arriving 15 minutes prior to my 11:30 pick up time. Was not able to actually begin my trip until 12:00. It was also unclear that I had to refuel. Only upon my return did it let me know I was supposed to. Also unclear that key should be returned to lock box. Luckily we were able to remember the code for the lock but in the instance one would forget it would be an issue.

Showed me nothing on either the ruck or the trailer. I got pulled over by the police because the trailer lights were not working. . The vehicle on the trailer was barely held on because the straps were not put on correctly. This was the first time I ever towed a car. I stopped to see how things were after 30 miles or so and one of the wheel straps was almost off the wheel. I was lucky. This place was not.

Desk person told us to drop off in Satellite Beach UHaul office when they were CLOSED in order to avoid an additional $10 drop off fee. This was complete mid-information. Desk person told me we would receive a military discount after he called his supervisor who approved it By phone the day before my pick up. When we arrived at 8am opening the next day, desk clerk denied the discount due to his supervisor being unavailable. We waited 90 minutes (big delay) in that office, for desk clerk to FINALLY give me supervisor's cell phone number and I reached him immediately and he approved the discount. Then desk clerk charged my credit card the WRONG amount without discount, does not know how to reverse charges on my credit card and has to bother his supervisor AGAIN on his cell phone so supervisor could walk him through all the computer commands to fix it. Complete mis-information incompetence by desk clerk- who wasted 90 minutes of our time AND delayed us packing up the trailer and getting on the road to Florida. Desk clerk also told us while he was waiting for supervisor to call him back that another customer was arriving in 10 minutes and once they showed up, our transaction would be cancelled !! Another lie because no other customer ever even showed up. Really disappointing.

this location was super helpful and accommodating. Thankfully they were able to help us. However, uhaul has a company we are not impressed with. We reserved our trailer months in advance to our move across country. The day before I received a text that my location for pick up was changed from 5 mins by my house to 40 mins away and then changed again the day of pick up to the location in Brick who were fantastic. I called customer service and was told that the policy of UHaul is that a reservation is not a guarantee, then your representative proceeded to tell me I was not listening nor understanding her. This also happened with a second representative. I've been in customer service for over 20 years if I ever conducted myself in this manner I would not have been with the company long. I honestly will not recommend Uhaul to anyone , my move was delayed due to equipment pick up issues on your side. I will say that Daria was extremely helpful and it might be a great idea to use her to train your other customer service representatives.

I had bad experience with movinghelp.com no show and was given a $50 credit and rented a second truck and credit was not applied correctly and I had to pay. Bad service from uhaul. Location service was ok.
