The location is confusing and I was charged extra money due to having issues locating the truck and getting it returned. I had the truck for an extra 30 min and was charged for a whole other day! I picked it up 30 min late cause I couldn’t find the place!

Very little if any signage directing me where to drop the truck after hours. Almost went to wrong location. Was also charged a refueling fee when I returned the vehicle with the amount of gas I was supposed to.

Truck damaged, dirty inside with mud & old coffee spills, manager very rude at this pick up location. Billed me insirance although I had not ordered.

I will never use uhaul again. This company is ridiculous. I was forced to call customer service over 7 times to get everything in order and I’m still waiting for them to fix my bill because I got charged for 2 hand trucks I never recieved. Very poor communication and customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Very poor signage, no clear area to leave the truck and the key drop off was so poorly marked we had to go twice and still couldn't find it. Really need to improve signage so location can be found easier
