Trailer wheels are out of balance and vibrated at any speed. Screwed up check in resulted in emails wanting to know where the trailer was. I took a picture of the trailer when I returned it because they did not seem to have a handle on it.

DAVID RWhen my son arrived at the Uhaul facility with our 26' truck and trailer at 785 US Hwy 95A in Fernley at 1:50 on May 24th, there was no one there. He then called "Nick" at the Sparks facility who advised him that there would be a "drop off fine" if he returned the truck to the wrong facility, but because Nick was in need of trailers, he would waive the fine. Nick advised my son to just leave the keys in the drop box, so that is what he did. Thank you.

Stanley SI was told and texted to be at the location at 8:15am when they don't even open until 9:00. So I tried using the app. There was a problem with the system recognizing that my location services were indeed turned on and it really had a hard time with my DOB. I don't quite understand why the Drivers' License expiration scroll goes all the way back to 2016 (would you really rent to somebody whose license expired ten years ago?) and I really don't understand why my DOB scroll only went back to 2016. To prove I was on the right scrolling wheel, I clicked on 2016 which is the farthest it would let me go back in time just to see if it would let me through and it told me I had to be at least 21 years of age to rent this vehicle. 9:00 finally rolled around and I was let into the office, signed and took the keys. I just started my day of moving an hour later than expected.

Paul BThe gentleman behind the counter was friendly and professional. When I arrived he was helping another customer but he acknowledged me and let me know I was next after he helped the other customer. I also noticed the trailer was already set up in the driveway of the lot. He did it all from the computer order to hooking up the trailer. He also answered a bunch of questions we had on the U-box container that we wanted for another move. When I went to return the trailer he was right there before I got to the office and took care of the return.

Kourtney HCame in and both attendants were on their phones. My rental was supposed to be ready at 2:30, but it was not. The male attendant had to get up from being on his phone, where he had his feet kicked up on the desk, to begin preparing the equipment. We were told we would be hauling a box trailer back as a courtesy, which resulted in us being downgraded from a 20’ truck to a 15’ truck. Additionally, we were given a trailer intended for loading U-Boxes, which did not meet our needs.

alma m1. U-box employees don’t care if a counter person is helping a customer. 2. The gas cap handle was broken off when I got the truck and it was at 1/8 of a tank so I had to immediately go put gas in it. I ended up having to ask a tow truck driver for a wrench to screw off the gas cap. 3. Had to buy my own lock due to the one supplied was sticking when you would lock it and I did not feel comfortable using it 4. I was charged for 2 dolly when I only used one. The guy that helped me loaded a second one for no reason and didn’t take the second one out.
Cecelia MThe 6X12 enclosed trailer was in working order and fairly clean; however, very beat up, and the internal cargo deck was warped. My primary concern is that one of the tires was in rough shape and borderline dangerous. Overall, nothing went bad and the staff on either end was great.

Denise BI was very tired from traveling. I had driven 6 hours before arriving. They were very accommodating and helpful. They hooked up the trailer and made sure the lights worked. The process was smooth and seamless. Excellent customer service.
Frank OI got the trailer for 3 days one way from vegas to reno. I dropped it off the next day but the location didnt checked it in until 4th day . I ended up paying for one extra day . Nitin CTHis location is extremely crowded with a very small lot. When i arrived to drop off my rental the only place to park was on a tight side street. They also returned the truck but not the trailer attached to it. I blame U-Haul for this, asking people who rent a truck and trailer to drop them off at different locations is beyond stupid.

RAMON VIm going to start strictly going to UHAUL places only not third party. This is the second time UHAUL retailers misunderstand my destination and I have to pay unexpected money. My trip eas set to NM and some how the lady got i eas leaving NV to go to Vegas. Im so upset and sick of the misunderstanding I might even not consider uhual anymore.
MATTHEW BThe installer put our hitch Upside down before we had left for Kansas, Wichita. Only notice that it was upside down once we stopped at Las Vegas. A friend of ours was the one to notice it instead of the U-Haul installer somehow.

ALEXANDREA KI reserved a truck online for a 7:30am pick up only to find out this location doesn’t open till 9. The employees were late opening shop, didn’t have anything ready and took forever to get anything done. The truck I got was as dirty, not well maintained and the transmission was slipping. Next time I will not be renting through U-Haul.
McKenzie VTransmission was slipping and popped out of gear numerous times. Had to purges into truck before the move. Truck had 1/8 of a tank. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant

Matthew SI dropped off the car hauler after hours so I can’t comment on employees or the interior of the business. The lot was full and poorly lit. It was difficult to say the least to back into the yard without lights shining on the U-Haul lot and luckily I had a flashlight with me to unhook the car hauler.

CARLO AThey need better signage indicating where the office is located. We went to the backside where all of the rental equipment was located and couldn't find the office. Fortunately, an employee was driving a returned vehicle nearby and I asked him where the office was and he indicated access to it was the next street over, so we drove around the block
