The rental pick up location was great, no issues with them. Your app however made my drop off take an hour, had to call support and they advised me to use the website instead of the app as it has bugs and site runs smoother.

Cassidy SThis location is dirty and unkempt. It's an old farmhouse, the guy running it sleeps upstairs and is fairly rude. There is another location 2 miles west that is exponentially cleaner and more professional, I'd suggest going there instead.

MILES MThe U-Haul app is quite likely the worst customer service experience that I've had...twice now. It doesn't work. Why exactly can't I take pictures of my license, sign agreements, etc.before I get to the pickup location? The owner/operator was at least willing to help this time. The other time he couldn't be bothered because he was too busy. My advice, scrap the app until your IT can upgrade the system to actually be beneficial and make these lazy owners work!

Pickup and drop off went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend this place and would use them again.
