My reserved Uhaul was not available when I went to pick it up, and I had to wait for them to bring me a different Uhaul. They offered me extra days, but I didn't need the extra days. A discount on the Uhaul would have been more appreciated.

First of all, workers didn’t know what they were doing. We had a U-Haul rental reservation for weeks at this point and they lost the keys to our truck and had to give us a new one. Our reservation was at 9 and we didn’t get out of there until 9:45 or so. Then, we had reserved a dolly- they did not have it. Then, the vehicle they gave us had what looked and smelled like dried vomit on the floor of the car and it was filthy. We won’t be doing business with U-Haul in the future.

Be clear in communication and assign trailers as originally stated. I’ll never agree to tow a trailer behind my rented truck again.

Great customer service, friendly, had the truck ready outside with the A/C running nice and cool on a hot day. Truck was clean and returning it was easy. Business was clean and great location. Will recommend this location to others and use them again when needed. Thank you

Cramped, hared to navigate parking lot (terrible location for a U-Haull business), no personnel on-site, I got charged $30 because 3 of the 10 blankets weren't folded properly and I returned the rentals early but got no compensation. Called to complain with U-Haul, they were supposed to have management call me back, never heard from them).

In a almost 3,000 mile run we lost a cap off the car trailer. They were there within 1 1/2 hours. Fixed it and sent us on our way......Then 25 miles down the road we over heated......again they were right there with help..... Followed us into town to get it fixed. Gave us a motel room and dinner. Next morning we were on our way again..... made it home great! Thank You for all of your help and kindness......It was greatly appreciated! Blessings, Mom and young son

I had an 11:00 appointment. They received two tow calls and no on returned to check me out until 12:00. They were apologetic but that didn't help me with the inconvenience it created.

As a Towing and Recovery business it would be helpful to have signage showing where to return UHaul vehicles.

They are running this place on a shoestring with limited staff, but had a great attitude. The moving truck was not washed on the outside, but the inside of the cab and cargo area were clean, which is what mattered most to me.

And, I had extra charges added to my rental that I did not expect. I had a 2-day rental package for the 5ft x 8ft covered trailer on a one-way drop-off from Beaverton, OR to Bend, OR (Powell Butte, OR). Had to check the trailer in myself, which wasn't too bad, but the Dispatch person said there would probably be a person there when I arrived. All in all, U-Haul as usual, does a great job. The equipment was excellent and was perfect for my needs. Thank you.

Made a reservation and showed up on time to pick up but nobody was there. A painter working on the building said the guy will be right back. Stood around waiting for someone for 30 minutes. It put me behind before I even got started moving. The truck was pretty dirty. I had to clean the side view mirror to be able to see with it at all. This doesn’t bother me but the kid said I needed to return it fueled up and clean. We have different ideas of clean

The truck I was given had the check engine light come on while making my solo trip to Portland. This caused for a very stressful journey as I was a female alone and afraid that I was going to end up broken down on the side of the road. Also, I was supposed to be sent the number for the drop-off location, which never happened, so I had to figure that out in a new city after a stressful move.

Truck was filthy on the outside, full of dead bugs and you could see dog piss all over the tires. Also windshield wipers were terrible, never should have been rented to a client in that condition

When I arrived at this location for the arranged pick up time 10:30am the office was closed, they had a tow to do. I was kind of upset as they called me around 9:30am to verify my time of arrival and I told them 10:30am. Ramon arrived 5 mins. later and apologized and explained the situation. It was totally fine, no harm done. Ramon was very helpful and his customer service was excellent. He made up for the inconvenience by giving us an extra day. 6 STARS in my books :) Happy with this transaction. A+ Highly Recommend this place.

When I got there, they said there was no trucks that they were all broke down and I had already reserved it and the week before they didn’t bother to tell me another truck pulled up just when I was there. They gave me that one. It broke down two times I only put 5 miles on it and it was only supposed to be $19 for the day but they charged me $52. I finally had to leave the truck and get a ride to pick up my car. It was devastating frustrating. I’ll never use them again and I surely tell everybody not to go there crooks

Completely different experience from our pickup. We pulled in and were quickly guided to an open space to park and unhook the trailer. The two guys waiting by the entrance, quickly jumped into action, unhooking the trailer and making sure that we had all of our hitch accessories. Before leaving they let us know that we would receive an email with all of our transaction details. Quick, efficient, easy.

I had no problem with customer service. Its corporate. I rented a truck for a friend. ( I thought) she had a person Patrick to drive. As soon as the truck was off the lot Patrick turned the truck over to the woman and off she goes. She took it to s homeless camp and was living in it. If it wasn't for me uhaul would be missing a truck. I think Patrick is responsible more than me. I got charged 269.+. Nothing happened to him. It was his fault for turning the truck over to a unlicensed driver. So unfair 😒 .

Clear signage needed. It’s very hard to find the key pickup and drop off box for a first-time renter. Parking lot is crowded, and rental process overall is clunky.

The staff was incredibly helpful. I showed up 15 minutes before close with no reservation and found the team to be very helpful. The first team member took me into the office area and handled the paperwork. While probably the entire remaining team hooked the trailer to my truck and had it ready to go by the time I exited. The team there performed the safety checks, ensuring I was safe to proceed. and I was off!!!!

I think they didn't update the odomneter mileage on their records. I prepaid for 75 miles as the location i was hauling to was 30 miles away. I used google maps and put every single location I drove to and in the right order. It came to 86 miles, they claimed I drove 256 miles. Gas tank was at 7/8's full when I got it, I put $20 worth of gas in the truck right before returning it, and afterwards it was over 7/8's full. I have credit card records to prove it. I have used Uhaul many times in the past with no issues. Somebody was supposed to get ahold of me with this issue via email, but I haven't heard anything.
