This was the second time that I RESERVED a 6x12 open. Both times, I was called several days prior to pick, o tell me that the trailer is not available. The 1st time, it was suggested that I drive over 100 miles to get another trailer...in the opposite direction. This last time, I was told that no trailer was available for 100's of miles. I was forced to rent an enclosed trailer. Not to my liking!!!

Last time we rented a pickup for the day and customer service asked us to return our truck before business hours and there was not a 20. Fee. It was not made clear that additional charges would be applied if truck was returned before business hours this time unless the on line app was used. We assumed the same rule would apply. Rules about folding blankets were not discussed. I was told there was a sign in the back of the truck. That should be stated on the rental agreement. This whole experience of renting feels bad now and we feel like we were scammed. 36 dollars to fold 24 blankets is ridiculous. And 20. for not using an app to check in. Come On !

I was the only in their he started to take care of me. Then the phone rang he talked to somebody for ten min. I felt he should of put them on hold and finished me first. But he was nice.

Awesome customer service; possibly the best I've ever had. The owner of the location noticed I had an appointment set for the wrong hours (pm instead of am) and called to confirm. He worked with me to reschedule and guarantee a different vehicle for the correct time.

Service was perfect. Clean 10' truck. Clear instructions re: gas tank and locking rear compartment.

There was a bit of a mix up and the store manager came out and yelled at us that we were clogging things up and we had to be out of there in five minutes. The other customer had put his things including a motorcycle into the truck I was renting.
