There was no problem with the actual location its self. Our problem is with Uhaul. This pickup location was 7 hours away from our home and we were told the day before pickup that we would have to travel this far to pick up. This is the first and last time I will ever use Uhaul.Ruthanne H.
I think my only issue was having to drive 7hrs and use $70 in fuel to get the uhaul. Uhaul should begin to move units back to Cali with this major migration happening out of Cali to states like Texas, Illinois, and Colorado.Loi S.
I had to drive 175 miles one way I had to put gas in my car plus in the truck & my car I ordered a 26' truck a day before they called me stating they would NOT have my truck they were putting me in a 15' my house closed I ordered the truck the asurred me that I would have it on the 8th I have a text from uhaul that they have my truck they charged me over $4000.00 the guy was very rude I was supposed to the truck 7 days the guy said no 5 days he was going to put the truck up I told him I wasn't leaving without that truck I drove to far. We originally was supposed to p/u in brim hill in Bakersfield. We came out of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom they knew that when we ordered the truck and we had to rent a storage in lake Isabella as we didn't have a big enough truckLEN L.
Zero customer service. Site was pitch black when we picked up and dropped off the truck. The Uhaul app was awful and we ended up on uhaul.com. It took over an hour to actually get the truck keys out of the lockbox because there was no answer at the 800 number, nor was the online customer service helpful. Dropping off the truck was the same experience,taking over 45 minutes to secure the vehicle for drop off. I don't recommend uhaul. Terrible experience.Kayrol T.

You were beyond description. The absolute best business I have ever dealt with. All personnel were curtious and helpful. The equipmentment was new and spotless. I ran into problems ( not due to U-HAUL in any way), I was given extra days and more help. I can't say enough about this company. Thank you U-HAULJACQUELINE R.

The person who probably manages this location is not the best soft spoken person you would like to see, but he was helpful. I would give his customer services 4 out of 5 stars, and my overall experience with the vehicle, check in, check out etc, as 9 out of 10.SARDAR K.

Pulled Over by Oregon Highway Patrol for NO TAIL LIGHTS. INTERIOR LIGHTS STUCK. BOTH ARE SAFETY HAZARDS AND ILLEGAL! Central call center customer service inconsistent in offers/ claims wasting massive amount of time. No allowance in time charges for severely hazardous smoke conditions. WEAK, UNCARING, INSENSITIVE , INCONSIDERATE, RIGID, NO EMPATHY with two exclusions. The woman who picked up the phone was stellar and Mike at the pick up location is awesome!Harold L.

I have given 'Poor' rating to Uhaul company, NOT the locations where I picked up and dropped off. I was promised a 15' truck which was confirmed one day prior at a different location than I reserved. I agreed and confirmed again same day of the pick up. But when I arrived at the location they told me that they don't have it. They sent me to another location when I agreed to get 10' truck. The whole ordeal took 3 hours of my time. Now, I'm waiting for price adjustment from 15' to 10' truck. Frankly, I think I should be given at least 50% off....will certainly think twice renting from Uhaul againMuhammad A.

The outside of this low mileage Ford had what appeared to be oil scum all over it. The windows were dirty and the inside of the windshield had what appeared to be coffee w/ cram splashed on the drivers side. The seats, floor, and cargo box were spotless. I would definitely recommend ear plugs as cab noise runs about 85 decibels.KEITH D.
We originally rented a van but needed something a little larger ao went into the Allen store and asked to upgrade to a 10-fr truck. We were told the smallest available at his location was a 15 ft so he instructed us to ask for a 15 ft (would think we should not have had to pay the larger amount for space we didn't want or need)!! The day we picked up the U-haul truck the worker was going to give us a truck that smelled heavily of tobacco smoke and there was a cigarette burn In the driver seat. I explained I was allergic to cigarette smoke and needed a different truck. The worker was furious and said that the paperwork would take an hour to change to the new truck and that he was the only one working. I started walking toward a another newer truck to inspect for smoke odor and he sarcastically said, â€œyou are NOT getting that oneâ€. He was extremely rude and made the entire transaction extremely uncomfortable. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!PAUL C.

Other than the very helpful older gentleman and his grandson, my rental of the trailer I needed NOW, was delayed three hrs. because of some kind of glitch on U Hauls end. So because moving day is all about timing, the long delay screwed up my plans big time with new tenants moving in while all my stuff was in there way because I was not able to load up my stuff when I said and planned to do at 9AM. I think that not even paying the measly $28 dollars I owed with cash was even more frustrating. I could see my trailer sitting there waiting to be hooked up and could not because of a so called glitch on U Hauls end. I feel that because I am a long time customer of U Haul, I should be refunded my trailer charge and maybe even given a voucher on top of that. I was extremely inconvenienced and was extremely unhappy with this treatment by U Haul.Steve S.
