alfonso mThe particular truck we rented was not in good shape. Engine light came on. Vehicle was loud and rattled at all times. Was a rough ride.
DANIEL HIt took over two hours to get my rental truck that I had reserved the day before. The staff was really nice. They said their system was down for the third Saturday in a row. For a multi-million dollar company to have such a weak system to dispatch their fleet is extremely disappointing. I paid a lot of money to reserve and rent a truck from U-Haul. I had to completely change my moving plans for the day. I didn't finish moving in my stuff to my new apartment until after dark around 9:15. I missed important events on my Saturday because of this delay. Not cool.

ASHELY LPerfect. I made a last minute reservation but my cargo van was ready and waiting when I arrived. The man who helped me was very kind. Easy check-in and return. I was not aware I'd have a back-up camera and that was so great for me (I'm not used to driving such a big vehicle). No issues, would recommend.

Janel KThe U-Haul was dirty up in the cab. Sticky cup holders and the steering wheel was weirdly sticky too. The drivers side mirror would shift throughout the drive and made it impossible to see traffic at times. It felt very unsafe. Especially driving in heavy traffic through Chicago. I had to try and adjust it several times during the drive.

It was a little challenging to take the picture as the vehicles are parked very close to each other. But space is limited, so it makes sense to get the most out of the available space. Very happy with the truck and the overall experience.

MACK TEquipment was in good shape but truck had a lot of mud on it with caked mud on flaps. Truck was not ready to be driven out although we had an appointment and time. We had to wait while the guy moved another truck and then our truck was getting stuck in mud. We could not turn lights on in truck when it got dark, we tried for awhile but were unsuccessful. We were told that when we brought truck back they would take care of everything but the service guy didn’t want to get up to help us figure out how much gas we needed to put in it even though he was the same person that said we’ll take care of it for you. Experience could have been much better.

DENNIS MExcellent location. Everyone was professional and courteous. I was in a jam because the U-Haul app is useless and I needed a truck right away. These are the only guys you should deal with for your truck rental needs. 10/10.

ROBERTSON GBusiness closes at 4pm and don’t offer app pickup so if you book a pickup for 4pm or later they’ll either cancel your appointment or chew you out for making it for 4pm (I showed up at 3:45 and still got yelled at). Will never go back to this location and they’re a terrible reflection of uhaul as a whole. I would not want to be affiliated with them.
