The mileage calculator is too stingy. With I40 out between TN and NC you have to go a longer route. The folks at the destination were great and took offf the extra miles charge, but it would be good if U-Haul updated the system.
Cary CThis was the worst uhaul experience of my life. The owner was rude, threatened to cancel on me even though I was still within the pickup window, politically accosted me, and lied about the gas in the truck. He created a hostile and unsafe feeling environment. The truck was messy, dusty, and a headlight was out. 0/5 stars.
COREY JThe equipment we drove away with was not the same as we rented, it was mixed up with another order. I've been trying to call and stop by to resolve this, but they have not called me back or resolved the billing. We were charged double mileage for what we used, since we were charged for someone else's truck rental. We really like this location and the folks there, but frustrated by this last trip.
CARRIE DAlan was a superstar!!!! We made a mistake with the booking but he went above and beyond to ensure we could still get a van! Amazing!!!!
