How U-Haul Reviews WorkEveryone is always friendly & helpful even when moving seems stressful. They make the process very easy.
THOMAS IA few lights were broken. Two brake/tail lights were not working The wiring harness was full of dirt. The release handle to get the trailer off the ball was broken off and required pliers to operate. Friendly service
Steve SThe location for pickup and drop off were great. But the automatic changing of locations is terrible.
Cody WIn addition to a simple and efficient return, the staff at Allen's offered a helpful referral to another car service in Asheville. A pleasure to deal with local people who clearly like and know what they're doing.
