Cargo van had no windshield washer fluid in it!! I had to use the squeegee at the gas station multiple times. Also, van was due for an oil change. Vehicles should be fully maintained for travel! The Uhaul app didn't want you accept pictures. Took way too long to turn in this vehicle.Nancy A.

The equipment was not clean on the outside, the previous renter returned it late and with mud on the front and some on the inside. However, due to it being returned late and I needing it, the rental agent could not take it to be cleaned up, she did her a great job cleaning the inside up for us, to say the least she was wonderful. We could not wait to have the outside cleaned, it would need to be sent to a car wash to remove all the mud and would of taken hours since there is no local car wash nearby that could handle the truck size. The Rental Agent did everything to take care of us and made our rental experience one of the easiest we have ever had at a U-Haul location. We plan on renting from this location again in the very near future. We Highly recommend this location and the people who work there, they are Professional and Courteous and make renting from U-Haul worth it.STEVEN K.

The online pickup was very frustrating and it took me nearly an hour and multiple attempts with the help of the text help and phone calls to get the truck picked up. The online listing shows the location was open till 8:00pm but the sign on the door said 5 pmNeVelle S.

This location was not open when I tried to drop off the truck. Online wasn't working either. And I received my bill 2 weeks after returning the truck and it was for over $100 more what had been told to me on the phone. My whole experience with UHaul was awful. I called before paying the bill and while the gentleman was polite, he wasn't helpful/unwilling reducing any rates.STOREY T.

They over charged me, took almost 30 mons to pick up the van. The inside of the office smells, got attacked by owners dog... Not to mention dog shit and piss in front of the door as you walk in... On the phone dealing with a personal matter. The online check in didn't work. So I'm pretty sure I'll stick with Penske. Oh you owe me a refund by the for her over charging me. Thats fraud. Rented a dozen furniture pads once we opened the package of them one pad was cut in half. So we had two half pads. Also the cab smelt like a ashtray, obviously the last person that had the truck smoked in it.MICHAEL S.

The truck ran ok. I got in the truck and immediately saw the right rear tire needed air. The door handle on the passenger side was broken to where my helper had to roll the window down to close the door. The drivers side window crank was missing the handle to roll the window up or down. The person who did my reservation was incredibly rude and condescending. She told me I was on "borrowed time" which was insulting and made me mad.HOAN D.
The door handle on passenger side was broken and door would not open from outside. The back of the truck however was clean. I turned the truck in after hours and called the following afternoon about getting a check in and final receipt. The lady I spoke with was not very nice about it and asked if I had returned the truck. After again explaining that I had returned it after hours she said well that truck is already out. I was disappointed that the location of my original rental could not provide. I understand the intricacies of the rental business, but I spent a good 30 minutes there waiting to be told they didn't have a unit available not an upgrade to the next size available. I rented on line, and had the Alliance Printing location showed up as having what I needed, I would have gone there first. The Lincoln trail location I felt was lacking in customer "care". Meaning I left there with the impression they really didn't care if I got my unit or not, nor that I was on any kind of timelineJoe C.

Make sure the truck or van mileage is at the right mileage before any paperwork of filled out. When I rented a van, the employee noticed the mileage was more than what the computer said. She said she would fix it in the system. When I returned the van, I didn't use all of my estimated miles by a few miles. Therefore my total should have been lower correct? That was not the case. It was $2 more. I didn't pay that because the employee called UHAUL and had them fix the problem because it was all messed up because of the wrong mileage and the correction in the computer.Cayetano C.
