The store was nice, the customer service was ok. I had to inspect and hook the trailer up myself as the employee went back inside. After I got everything hooked up the employee came out and took pics of the trailer connection and ran back inside as I proceeded to leave.

Overall, I am decently satisfied with my FIRST experience dealing with U-Haul. I needed the truck & car dolly to transport my car back home(from Florida to Kentucky). Although it took me longer to arrive at my destination, I had no issues at all. The only thing that worried me was the speedometer being off by 2mph, which added an extra 22.3 miles on the trucks odometer at the end of my trip. I did not get charged for the 9 extra miles that was on the truck.(my max allowed milage was 661miles, at drop off my total milage was 670 miles) would recommend for sure. & every one I had spoken with was very nice & helpful. Thank you for a good experience.

WENDE BThe sign on the windows state no smoking in the cab but there was cigarette ashes in thd cup holder, the dash was dirty and the floormats were muddy.
