NO, everything went very smooth
Thomas MGoing to this particular location, customers get to experience a place where customer service went to die. I scheduled my pick up for 8:30 am mobile pick up, they moved my appointment to 9 without emailing me so I showed up at 8:30 and waited. They guy Al who fixes the cars told me to wait until 9 and the lady will be here, 9 comes and goes and I go back up to him asking where she is and he says “can’t you read?” There is a phone number on the door for you to call. So I call the number on the door and keep getting a “welcome to Verizon wireless your call cannot be completed as dialed please hang up and try your call again, so I call 3 more times, then I get a text saying they will call me back they are on the phone. Very cold phone rep that walks me through the check in process, come to find out it’s Al’s daughter that manages the process! This family is the most unfriendly, least customer service oriented family! I also had to pick up the truck from a giant mid puddle and the back was parked in a mud bank which I had to clean off before loading up the truck. Overall, poor experience and hope I don’t have to use them again! You are just a number to these people.
Amanda RI will use only this location from now on. The U-Haul system was down during the time I was supposed to have my truck dispatched. The personal went well out of there way to help me with getting the truck rented, and the amazing thing is that this location closes at 4:00pm and she worked until 4:30pm to get the dispatch completed. I would put 10 stars if I could. Great people. Highly recommend Al’s Auto Repair for U-Haul rentals.
Ryan DWe had to go after hours, and it was a bit confusing as the lot to drop off was to the left of the business location. Glad we did it during light hours as I don’t think I would’ve found the lock box in the evening.

Mia MUsing the application for anything more than the first portion of the reservation, is horrible. Very time consuming and not to mention the freezing of the app wish after speakkng with other costumers, it has been an ongoing issue. Terrible app.

ROBERT cI called office for assistance and they sent someone in golf cart to help me. Friendly and professional. I couldn't lift the trailer up by myself to hook onto car. I needed to unhook trailer during the rental period and it was a hardship finding someone to help and to secure it without landing gear that includes a jack and wheel.
CYNTHIA LI advised the attendant that the roll up door on the trailer was sticking and needed service. He said he would write it up. I was also double billed. Dupe charges

Albert GLook its not the location its Uhaul or whatever maintenance service you guys use that never checks the drivablity if the units. If I didn't have the truck loaded up first I only went a couple miles to where I needed to load i would have asked to bring the truck back. Its has some idle issue but the brakes are terrible and worse which I took video the steering wheel is at a 45 degree or 35 when drving stright. So the alignment was off. To keep the truck stright was effort and a half. On top of this its dangerous. I am experienced driver with large trucks and towing. If it was most anyone that need to move they would have a problem. The truck shifted left to right with me constantly correcting the steering which causes iratic left to right in the lane. This is not the 1st time it happend when, I rented the 26 foot a year or so ago from another location. But honest I am not renting or recommend your moving trucks. They always have some issue. Uhaul needs to get their stuff together as its a real liability for sure. I had tight deadlines with a comment so I had to make it work. But I can't rely on uhaul trucks in the future. I would put signs like the 5 others signs in the trucks to encourage feed back if there is a problem that needs to be addressed. For uhauls sake and the next customer. The location personal was easy to deal with and truck was clean otherwise.
Morgan MI did not know the UHaul was there. However, getting in and out was easy. A gentleman met me on-site and loaded/connected the trailer to my SUV. A quick cell phone rental agreement and off I went. Returning it was even easier. Just confirm the ball size before you get there. My mistake, I even left my tow bag at home. Again, my mistake. But I just had to run home and back. And off I went.

alexander rTRUCK ONLY GOT 4 MILES TO A GAL 29 MILES COST $30.00 TO FILL UP USED ALMOST 8 GALS OF GAS FOR 29 MILES. I INFORMED THE LOT GUY HE DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE! BUT HE DID LECTURE ME IN A VERY CONDESENDING ATTITUDE OF WHERE TO PARK TRUCK, AFTER PARKING IT! NOBODY AFTER MOVING FOR 2 DAY'S WANTS TO HERE HIS SACARISM! HE IS LUCKY I WAS TIRED AND DIDNT GO OFF ON HIM! THERE ARE NO SIGNS WERE TO PARK DIFFERENT SIZE TRUCKS! NEXT TIME GET OFF YOUR CART AND DIRRECT PEOPLE! HE WATCHED ME PARK IT AND THEN PULLED UP WITH HIS SACARISM! OTHERWISE A SMOOTH RENTAL. LADY ON THE PHONE VERY PROFFESIONAL!

Gary Rthe only problem I have is that only one vehicle was there that I was told and I feel as if I was rushed to bring the vehicle back because somebody else had wanted that vehicle to use the next morning suppose I wanted to rent the van for three days I guess I couldn't get when paying my money.the other thing is I just doesn't get the concept if the van is $19.99 how comes I ended up paying $100 for 4 hours which I did 50 miles ?

The van was clean, well-run, and easy to drive. My whole moving session took only 2 hours and I was able to return the van in good timing.

Deon HMy review is based on the condition of the van that was provided. First, there was a strong and unpleasant odor inside the vehicle. The interior was visibly dirty, including the side walls. Additionally, the van was not equipped with windshield washer fluid. When it began to rain, we were unable to properly clean the front windshield, which raised safety concerns. Poor customer service

MARCELO HThis location did not provide me with a drop off address at my final location and instead explicitly told me I could drop it off at any Uhaul location in Vero Beach. This led to quite a headache when I was trying to find a location to drop it off at and meet the deadline of before the 24 hour rental mark.
Zachary CWindshields should be clean and easy to view from, this is a safety item and should be addressed.

TOM REverything was fine with the car transport trailer. However during the orientation they didn’t tell us how to lower the trailer’s fender. We were not aware this was possible. As a result, we couldn’t open the driver’s door once the car was on the trailer. We had to climb in and out of the driver’s window, and had no way of closing the window during transport. Please advise future customers of the fender operation.
