U-Haul changed my drop off location as we pulled in to drop off. Had to drive to another location for drop off. That office was closed for a family emergency, but left a number for me to call. Had no issues with the drop off after the call.

The equipment was dirty, the location is difficult to maneuver the trailers in and out. The staff was rude and unfriendly. Compared to other experiences this was not at all what I have come to experience with U-hual.

Corporate office did not notify me pick up location was switched at last minute from Farmington, NM to Durango,CO. I found out when I arrived at Farmington location. This was not acceptable! However, please note Farmington location manager did a great job covering for the corporate office terrible oversight. She is to be commended.

I was extremely happy with the vehicle and the service. Staff were very courteous throughout and even called me to tell me I had forgotten a couple of moving blankets. Truck performed flawlessly for 1100 mile trip pulling a heavy trailer. I'll rent from here again.

I was instructed to pick up at another location and saw the American Standard location on my way only to find that the assigned location did not have a trailer and sent me back to the American Standard location. U Haul could do a better job of assigning a pick up location.

Got rescheduled at the last minute. The scheduling agent tried to get me to drive 2hrs to a different location to pick up a truck a day after I'd scheduled. The finally caved and got me a truck at a location closer to me. Once I got the truck, multiple check lights kept coming on. The truck was misaligned and needed wheel balancing desperately. That made my 7 hr drive so bumpy and uncomfortable. On top of all of that, the cruse control did not work which is a pain in the leg when you are on the road for that long. Very unsatisfactory experience.
