The pickup and drop off process with Mobile Pickup were HORRIBLE. BOTH processes took OVER AN HOUR to get your website and app to connect to anything. We tried 3 different phones, 5 different browsers, and your app, and NONE of them connected. We waited on hold for over half an hour to finally get through to someone who could help us. This was a giant waste of our time. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!Carolyn H.
I did the 24/7 pickup. When I arrived my account said I had no orders. I called your 1800 number. I was on hold for 32minutes before I was able to speak with someone. Don't let Ameripawn sell U-Haul boxes from their location. Ordered online through U-Haul's website, but when I went to the location to pickup my order, they wouldn't give me the boxes, and said they didn't have any, and then just ignored me while waiting to get the order resolved through U-Haul. I canceled the order, but it was about 5 days before I got my refund, and by that time, I had gotten my bank involved to get my money back. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience, and it will be the last time I go to U-Haul.SAMUEL T.

I was asked to bring in my rental 3hrs early for another family. I went out of my way to solicit additional help to unload my 15ft rental to meet the request. I received a receipt an hour after drop off with a $75 cleaning fee. Upon inquiry, I was told that someone had to mop out the back of the rental. Upon inspection of pictures the cleaning was not needed, and the charge was excessive. I will NEVER do business with this company again. $35 a day rental. $75 cleaning fee that was not necessary. There is no value system driving this company. It is run by wherever they can park the trucks - in this case a pawn shop. This is a "hustle" if I ever ran into one, and I went out of my way to bring the truck back early. Shame.ALFREDO M.

The pick up location for the 26' U-Haul truck was changed three times. The last of which was from IL to IN. This created a nightmare for me as I flew into Midway (Chicago) Int. Airport. I booked a hotel and rented a car. All of which had to be changed every time the pick up location changed! My agreed rental rate was $2,111.40. I was charged at AmeriPawn Inc over $2,400.00. They said take it up with corporate. Overall-a horrible experience, which goes back to promised U-Boxes that got postponed 6 weeks, which led to needing to fly out and drive another U-Haul back. You can take care of your vehicles better not even 20 minutes into the drive the truck needed a oil change and the tires were low. Then you can actually look around the vehicle with the Customer to check and see if there's any previous damage. Then when a customer tries to dispute a charge you can actually call them instead of just saying you did. Overall the worst experience I've had renting a car and I'll just have to share my experience with anyone thinking about renting from uhaul.MATTHEW M.

The Indiana location was just fine. Very helpful and polite. The drop off location should have been printed on my original invoice from the initial pick up location. Instead only a phone number was printed and I waited on hold for nearly an hour. Luckily the actual location in Indiana was super helpful.David B.

I was over charged for equipment that I bought from previous location but was marked as damage to one of the trucks. JAMES was not friendly at all. I'm not sure if his attitude was due to me returning uhauls 10mins before closing time. He was not helpful and didn't bother to look at my contracts to see any information. My advice is to avoid this uhaul drop off.Monica E.

I got charged 186.00 to use your truck for two days an it was only 12miles round trip I will never use u haul again and the bad part is I have never had any problems with uhaul beforeRANDEL C.
There was nothing convenient about registering on-line & then going inside only to go through the process again. I best not see a $20 convenience fee on my charge card & I don't think I had the 10' truck for 4 hours!!!! The employee was courteous.MARLA W.
The online process for pickup and drop off takes about 20 minutes which resulted in me paying the extra 20$ late fee for not returning it on time despite being in the parking lot the whole time. Not sure how to fix this but it's kinda weird that it takes so long! Otherwise great :)Serena V.

Building needs to put up more signs showing that they are affiliated with UHaul so that the customer will find the building with ease, add more lighting on the outside of building to be able to see area at night for after hours drop off and to make sure to put key drop box at the front of the building instead of it being all the way in the back where it is dark and nothing but dirt. First, I had to rent for 3 days even though I only needed one. Second the drivers side ramp fell out while loading the vehicle causing a big problem. The latch was broken which also created a problem trying to reinstall the ramp. Third, both ratchets were rusted and difficult to operate. A significant amount of WD-40 was needed to secure the car. More plus a second person and channel locks were needed to release the drivers side. This trailer was in need of a lot of maintenance and should never have been rented. Very dissatisfied.MICHAEL T.

Was told vehicle had full tank of gas. Only had 3/4 tank. Filled tank back up to 3/4 before returning and got charged almost $30 for gas. I took pictures of gas gauge before and after use. Salesman told me it wouldn't be an issue before I left only to get charged extra.Devon E.

The trailer was advertised at 29.95 but when my husband went to pick it up it was $90.00. Also he was not informed that he could return it to a location in bloomington so when he did, it was another $130.00. We ended up paying $220.00 for a $30.00 rental.william S.
