Very pleasant staff, helpful and honest. Yes I would recommend. The only thing I would say to U-Haul is maybe have cruise control for your trucks. Traveling the distance we did with no cruise control was very hard.

Why do I have to do all the leg work for your employees, with threat of a damn fee even if truck is perfect condition just because pictures were not taken. That was last uhaul I will ever rent. Tyrone ReynoldsMy reservation was moved around. I wasn't able to get a truck where I should have been able to get a truck. I reserved well in advance, and yet I still found myself driving more than an hour to get a truck when my closest U-Haul is just a few minutes away. The app is very slow and clunky, barely functional. Constant bugs, needing to reload, and errors. Even when it wasn't truly buggy, things like having all my pictures rejected because it was too dark, is fairly ridiculous, given that the whole point of the app is so you can pick up your truck outside of working hours. A good visit would have been: One, the truck was where it was supposed to be. Two, the truck was there when it was supposed to be there. Three, a smooth user experience that took 5 minutes instead of 35 minutes++ with the app.

dennis mckernanI have used Uhaul a couple dozen times and never had a problem. This time they had me return the truck an hour away from where I needed it. Then we got to the return area and we could barely find room to park it. It is a small parking area. We got it done but shopping around next time.

William McDonaldThe rear cargo door tensions were very tight and it was difficult to shut the door. When the door was opened it flew up very fast. We managed through it but the rental agency said u haul was aware but has failed to fix it. I spoke to the clerk about this and the concern for other renters.

The individual checking me out at pickup had no idea that uhaul had changed my truck because the one I originally wanted wasn’t available at the location even though the website stated it was. The individual checking me out also made unnecessary comments about how I got the “special pricing” for the different truck. The Uhaul system was also trying to charge me more money for the truck THEY upgraded me to since the truck I wanted wasn’t available. During the phone call when I was informed the truck wasn’t available, I was told the price would be the same but when I was picking up the truck, the system was trying to charge me $10 more.
Cheryl Reiffhowever your comp was a pain it could not vaildate my driver license and had a problem getting this done was 1 1/2 hours to get thru didnt want anyone called at 800 on a sunay mornning finally a friend of my sons who was up did it for me so you system is really bad at that

Robert BallouIt was an extremely pleasurable experience from acquiring the cargo van, using it which had lots of room and then being able to return it after hours. Even better, I thought I was going to be invoiced for .89 cents per mile plus the $19.95 but to my surprise, UHaul automatically used their best rate plan and since I was just under 100 miles, billed me for that plan which was $89.95. It was extremely refreshing to see a company who knows how to provide a fantastic product/service with very fair rate plans. I’ll be back again, guaranteed!

John HumsMy only gripe comes from Uhaul as a whole and not with this location. Uhaul a site shows incorrect vehicle availability. I chose the one closest to my required route, which said there was availability for my requested vehicle. Just to get a response a day before my move telling me I’m going to have to go to a mew location that they have already chosen for me which was out of the way, and then forced me to pay more because it adds miles on to my trip. Plus the vehicle only had half a tank of gas, which was fine for getting around, but then I have to try and fill ONLY to half a tank to return the vehicle, which good luck guessing how much you fill. That’s how Uhaul got an extra quarter tank out of me and then the company (not the location) refused to offer me any offset to my overall charges because they “don’t reimburse for added fuel”. OH but it’s cool for you to force extra time and miles onto the vehicle for me and charge me for that. Uhaul could stand to be a little more helpful, especially when the economy is in the shape it’s in. 7/10

Louise HornakThe windows of the truck were extremely dirty. We had to clean them, (inside and out), just in order to see to keep the truck on the road. Why?
EUGENE LAWRENCEI needed the rental longer than anticipated and was charged another day and for another insurance coverage plus the extra mileage even though I made a reservation at another location closer to my house. I don’t think I should’ve been charged that difference or for insurance a second time. That made it a poor experience. Moving was stressful enough and then to return the equipment and pay an additional $85 when I could’ve dropped it closer to where I moved 40 minutes away was upsetting.

Ronald MendenhallI reserved a truck at this location, but on move day, Uhaul changed my location to a location 30 minutes away. We were able to get a smaller truck at this location, but had to make 2 trips. I recommend this location, but I do not recommend U-Haul.

Brian WilliamsAlthough it is not the closest to me, it is the second time I've rented from this location. Each time the truck I requested was available for pick up there, without having to travel to another location. The folks there were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I was happy and totally satisfied with the entire rental process and experience. If I have to rent again they will be my first choice. Thanks!

Edward GajewskiScheduled pickup for 1030; I did get there a little bit later than expected 1045 but owner decided to leave WITHOUT NOTICE, yet had the audacity to tell me “well I stayed until 1030.” Well maybe you should have called prior to leaving asking if the truck was still needed and notified me that you would have been leaving for the day. Ignorant answer, stuck with having to use U-Haul 24-7 app which frankly is TERRIBLE. The owner left the keys in a box, I couldn’t get the app to work, called customer service and was placed on hold numerous times which they couldn’t figure out what was the issue. After wasting over an hour and seeing other customers come pickup their truck and we’re upset the owner left early since they too were having the same issues, we finally got the truck. I get in and the check engine light is on and the truck runs like crap. The return process is such a waste of time on the app. I pull into the parking lot and trucks were parked all over the place. Had to back up a 26’ with a spotter because there is no room to maneuver. Overall it was a complete SHIT SHOW and frankly I’ll never rent from this location again, probably not even from U-Haul in the future!

Matthew QuagliaThe location and truck were fine. It was the online pick up that was a nightmare. The link they text you seems to go to the online system to get started. I had issues with the location settings no matter how many approvals to give access to uhaul. I had to wait 39 minutes for a live rep (Sunday). Rep said to log out and back in and he had reset the start process. As I attempted that. The chat rep said. No activity...bye and disconnected. My restart didn't work so had to wait 33 min. Forget rep. That rep gave this good advice: Download the Uhaul app and login there. It works better than the web-based link sent bia text. They were right. Got right in. Uhaul should send their link with additional "or download our app on the app store to login and start the process more efficiently if you have trouble with the link"

David FulmerIf it wasn’t for this location I wouldn’t have had a truck. Uhaul overall completely screwed me over. First they were trying to get me to drive 65 miles out of my way to pick up a truck. Then told me they’d keep looking and call me later that day. Instead they cancelled my reservation without my consent and gave the truck away to someone else immediately. The next truck they tried to give me was going to be almost 40 out of my way and a class down smaller. When on the way to pick it up they left me a voicemail saying it isn’t currently there that the previous customer hadn’t dropped it off yet. Thankfully this location called me about having a 26 foot truck available last minute otherwise uhaul would have screwed me over and my plans for moving. Uhaul as a company wouldn’t even make any kinds of compensation for ALL of the issues they were giving me. Giving extra miles DOES NOT compensate anyone for the INCONVENIENCE they were putting me through. It wouldn’t make up for the extra tolls or fuel I’d have to of paid. Which mind you would have been over 50$. In the end I paid a little more because I had to get the biggest truck they had. But I’m thankful for this location. I will always deal with them when it comes to rentals and uhaul because they are the only reason I was even able to still move. Oh, and my reservation was put in for almost 10 days as well. Also the time I called back when uhaul cancelled my reservation without my consent the person I was speaking with hung up on me. I had to speak to 3 people and the last being a manager to get any kind of resolution before dealing with this location that saved me.
