Not the drop off location's fault but again, we were told after our terrible experience at pickup that we would have a note to get a full refund on the reservation, but no note and no refund. And no call back after leaving messages for the representative we spoke with. Uhaul as a company is absolutely terrible!Jessica W.

The girl was very kind and helpful. The only uhaul person I experienced who seemed to care. Everyone else I encountered on the phone at customer care and on the chat was either 12 years old or just didn't care to actually help or know what they were doingDustin T.
Hands down, my best uhaul experience so far. The truck was ready and waiting when I arrived on the date and time I reserved. It was clean and in good shape. I felt very comfortable and safe driving it. The customer service at this location was outstanding.ROBERT J.

Truck I requested was not there at pickup time, not the fault of location, person never returned the truck on time. Had to go with a smaller truck that ended up not fitting all that I wanted to move. The location on the morning I was picking up had no phone or internet service so couldn't do the contract to get me in road at 9 am, ended up getting truck 2 hrs later. This was not fault of location personnel, there was a storm the previous night that knocked out there service unknown to them until I went to get truck at 9am. Service personnel verry friendly.Tom H.
I think you should get $20 taken off of your bill when you return the truck and do all the work of taking pictures and logging it in. If you are trying to go away from a person checking it in and out that's a shame. Karen that worked there before was pleasant and made our pick up and drop off very easy. My dad who rented the truck doesn't have a smart phone so luckily I was involved to do the drop off and take the pictures but I think a $20 charge is uncalled for. Get back to the basics of customer service!James K.

This was the best U-Haul experience I have ever had. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. While I was inside they started the van and turned on AC on a steam 95 degree day!! Then when I went out to get the van, he came out and and asked me to sit in the drivers seat and adjusted the side mirrors for me for best visibility, no one has ever done that before. I am going to use this location in the future even though it is a little further away.JOSEPH T.

The U-haul online ordering process is awful. Multiple times now I've reserved a trailer less than 10 miles from my house only to have to drive 40+ miles to pick it up since you change the location. Provide the customer with the worst case scenario and delight them when they don't have to drive as far...that's called CUSTOMER SERVICE! This location and their staff were awesome.DOUGLAS O.
