Lizanne RDoing an actual walk thru to point out existing "X sticker" damage to the vehicle would have been helpful. The bag of pads or whatever it was in the cargo space that said "just open and we'll charge you" was empty, so I had to worry that I might get charged for it. Otherwise, it was very friendly service. Would definitely rent again from this location. Thanks!

AIFENG SHave someone there who can attach & detach the trailer from my truck and confirm the lights worked. Since there was no one, I did it myself. First time I've experienced this lack of basic service in 30+ years.

EMILIANO RAmazing service at Anbar! Fabulously helpful. They helped me find a mover, they also called me when they found two items in the truck upon return. Check out was easy and they provided great advice about parking my returned vehicle after hours, which is in a neighborhood w little options to park, but their advice was crucial.

GEORGE SThis location must ensure that equipment reserved is available well before the time of pickup. Waited about 30 minutes for my equipment to be available, which was not clean, and I was late to meet my moving helper. Still haven’t heard back about or received reservation guarantee refund that location manager had promised.
CAROLINE FOverall a good experience. The van did have an issue with the driver side sun visor. It was broken and kept falling down from its retainer clip and causing distraction while driving. A simple fix that could eliminate any potential accidents from fighting with a sunshade impairing vision and distraction while driving.

DINORAH LIt seems strange that the lady asked me if I needed some help hooking up the the trailer? I said yes, she went out and hooked up to my truck, drove halfway across town and kept hearing a rattle and banging. Pulled over and realized that the coupler on the ball wasn't tightened down! With such possible liability there probably needs more training, and not have customers who don't do this everyday chance doing it correctly.

JAMES LThe staff and equipment were great. However, the trailer specifications were WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! I rented the 6x12 utility trailer with a fold-down gate, and nowhere on the specifications did it say the gate entrance was only 54" wide. I could not use the trailer and had to pay the full rental even though it didn't work (due to faulty specifications on your website). Very poor experience. So bad.

Rafael UWhen we initially checked out the van, the representative went over the contract inside before we saw the uHaul and said the gas tank was half ways. When I got in the van I took a picture before taking off the lot and it was actually quarter to empty.

PHILLIP BTruck was clean and staff was great to work with. There was a water leak in the front part of the cargo area and it rained that night so some of the contents got wet. The truck seemed worn out. Lots of play in the steering and had to floor it to get up hills on the highway.
