The office wasn't open and there were no instructions re: where to locate the truck and how to retrieve the truck. It took an hour simply to get through this process. Thankfully, an experienced and kind customer service rep helped me, over the phone, to complete the transaction. Also, the fuel tank was NOT full as per the contract, so had an extra expense I should not have had. Would Not Recommend this location.

The mobile check in process was completely unorganized and unclear. Will never use mobile pickup again. Took an hour just to get the uhaul.
Trevor BU-Haul really needs to update their info on their drop off locations because we typed in this address and got there and the name of the location is completely different from what is on the app. And then they want to charge you if you drop it off at a different location when they make it super confusing… 0/10. It’s really disappointing when a popular and expensive company can’t even update their own system yet they have no problem charging their customers left and right.
CARRIE SThe truck we got had horrible brakes and janky steering. The check engine light was on from the minute we picked it up but couldn’t get ahold of a representative to help us in the timeframe we needed (35 minutes wait) as we were loading up that evening. I will not use this location again.

I called customer service to complain and they said the manager from the location would call me within a few business days and I never got a call.

Sandra ALocation key drop box was located in a spot that wasn't very clearly marked, so we walked around the block to the storage facility and had to walk back to the lot to find the drop box, which was hidden from sight behind a truck.

Alexander ABetter instruction on where the office is located. The lot where the trucks are are easy to find but apparently the office itself is around the corner from another busniess. The guy ended up coming out to find us because we couldn't find them. As well as furniture blankets. The bag where they were supposed to be located was there but it was empty.

Except the customer service from the coast never had given us an address to pick up the truck from nor tell us we had to go to this office here in the avenue to get a key. Local guy here in office was awesome at informing us of things once picking up truck. But Finding address to office was a bit difficult. If u aren’t familiar with Wenatchee the. U won’t find the U-Haul office. address led us to the back roads behind the building we were needing to get to. Building is actually on the avenue. Reason we found it is because on Google shows a photo of the building which I recognized immediately. Not sure how to fix that issue but it can get irritating for some who don’t know the area.

Michael PReserved blankets. They were not there. ChRged me for dolly and utility truck, which I did not order and were also not in the truck. The app did not work. I took pu k up pictures and the app would not upload them.
