I was grateful the truck was parked in front of the office, otherwise I would not have found it easily. A UHaul sign would be helpful. That's all. Darnell was absolutely wonderful and went well out of his way to help me! He showed superior customer service with warm professionalism.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy only issue was the drop off instructions. I did an after hours drop off and couldn’t find a lockbox for the keys. Apparently there is a parking lot nearby that is used for parking the trucks but there is no way for anyone to know that. I had to go back the next morning to return the key. Not a huge problem, but a sign on the door to explain this would be helpful.
seth oPoor directions via app. No personnel.
Rebecca BThe office wasn't open and there were no instructions re: where to locate the truck and how to retrieve the truck. It took an hour simply to get through this process. Thankfully, an experienced and kind customer service rep helped me, over the phone, to complete the transaction. Also, the fuel tank was NOT full as per the contract, so had an extra expense I should not have had. Would Not Recommend this location.
Francesca RThe mobile check in process was completely unorganized and unclear. Will never use mobile pickup again. Took an hour just to get the uhaul.
