A site without humans is difficult. More instructions need to be posted, and the UHaul website needs to be more user friendly.

Reserved blankets. They were not there. ChRged me for dolly and utility truck, which I did not order and were also not in the truck. The app did not work. I took pu k up pictures and the app would not upload them.
Peter PIt was unclear where to drop off the U-Haul. I had to drive around the block. Maybe put some instructions near the entrance for U-Haul dropoff.
