I was charge for three additional gallons of gas at a redicules price even though the fuel gauge was between 1/2 and 3/4 full just as I received it. An additional $24 was charged to my card along with being charged twice for the moving blankets and dolly (broken). I was not given a hard copy of the receipt when asked and said one would be emailed to me. More than frustrated when I saw the additional charges that even.

Everything went very smoothly and we were able to get our cross town move accomplished with the help of your truck. I suppose the only minor thing that I would mention is that the truck was probably about a 9 out of 10 in cleanliness. Met our needs well.
Dirk LHORRIBLE customer service. I have called 4 times and did the web chat 3 or 4, each time they tell me a manager will call me back. The last time I called they told me my dispute was transferred to a different manager... STILL NO CALL. I'm at my son's Marine graduation, when I get home I'll be leaving bad reviews everywhere. This company DOES NOT CARE about people.
Sarah KLocation did not provide hook up service. First time I had a U-Haul location not provide hook up. The 6x12 is not the easiest to connect by yourself. Also, trailer location was not easy to access to hook up.
