Horrible experience. Got transferred to 30 different reps, took 4 1/2 hours waiting in the cold at the U-Haul to actually get in. Reservation was lost. Login issues. Now, my card is being charged without my consent. ALSO! There was a $50 reimbursement given to me and then taken out of my account.

Andrew BTruck had bald tires, rear wheel made terrible noise and vibrated, scared to death all the way down to Southern Oregon with a huge load of household goods. And the brakes took several pumps before they kicked in, frightening on the mountain passes. You should be paying us hazard pay to drive that unsafe vehicle

Sherry RTruck was dirty, inside and out. A lot of damage on the truck that was not previously identified. The lock on the back of the truck that a customer has to open to gain access to get the ignition key was almost impossible to open. It took two people struggling with this lock and 15 minutes to get the defective lock to finally open. WORST UHAUL EXPERIENCE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN 40 YEARS!!!

AUSTIN RThis place was down right dodgy. We really wanted to return our Uhaul at our Uhaul storage location which is huge, bright, and well kept, but we got sent to the 11th St location which was hands down the most run down Uhaul location I have ever seen.
Jack OI was rerouted to pick a 15” truck from the 7th street location in Eugene, to a poor, mud hole location. How about when you rent out my 15” truck from where we agreed for me to pick up, YOU get my rental and send it to our agreed location, instead of sending me to another location, If it would have been a descent location, not a sketchy, muddy location And out of my way, I probably would not be sending this bad review.
