This location was great. U-Haul itself- I have some issues. 1. I found it difficult to locate the place on your website where I could see which locations had the particular piece of equipment I wanted to rent. Your default is to send me to a location that is on the opposite side of town. I finally was able to do so, but it should have been easy. 2. The pages of additional equipment you wanted to rent me were obnoxious- it went on too long. I just wanted to rent a trailer. The end. 3. After waiting on hold for a few moments at your 800 number, I opted to have you call me back when an agent was available (because I still couldn't figure out where you had the specific trailer I needed). When I received a callback, your system made me sit on hold for a while before a live agent picked up. I should have had a live agent in less than 20 seconds. Ironically, just as an agent connected, I had finally located a place where I could see the locations that had the specific trailer (with ramn) that I needed. 4. You required me to upload a photo of my driver's license bar code. I find that to be overly intrusive, as that barcode contains information you do not need. Name, address, driver's license number, phone- sure. The rest of my (allegedly private) information? You do not need that. I have little confidence you will not leverage that for your business purposes. 5. Uploading photos of the trailer's condition is a really GOOD idea. It protects both U-Haul and the renter- so good on you for that. 6. But all this leaves me wondering- I guess all this means you won't rent to someone unless they have a cell phone? It doesn't affect me,. but it's a curious turn of events. 7. The trailer was in great shape, and the folks at the rental location were very pleasant. 8. The trailer ramp is made of a welded wire mesh. It will not allow the wheels of a typical furniture dolly to roll up and down the ramp, and that was the whole reason I was wanting a ramp. It would work for a hand truck since they have large wheels, but not a flat furniture dolly with smaller wheels. I think this is a really bad design decision. Something more like diamond plate would work for smaller wheels.

Location needs yard maintenance and improved access to equipment. Several non-operaional cars litter the lot. What appears to be a homeless camp adjoins the property. No clear equipment organization made determining drop location more difficult. After-hours drop went smoothly using U-Haul app.
NORMAN SCustomer service was efficient and friendly and the rep helped me get the best possible options for my situation.
megan THorrible experience. Got transferred to 30 different reps, took 4 1/2 hours waiting in the cold at the U-Haul to actually get in. Reservation was lost. Login issues. Now, my card is being charged without my consent. ALSO! There was a $50 reimbursement given to me and then taken out of my account.
Alanta PThe brakes seemed to need help and the fact that none of my ATM cards worked was an inconvience
