I have yet to receive a receipt or be charged for my rental. I had the van for less than 6 hours and used the self pick up and return option on the app. And now the app won't even show me my previous purchases and rentals.

Elizabeth B.The location is easily accessible, facility of the place very untidy, although I'm not dwelling there it isn't welcoming. The phone agent ( female) was oblivious as to my reservations which left me a bit stressed out having made this reservation 4 days prior to and giving all the necessary information. Drop off was confusing as this was the 3rd time I used your service, however this time I got a text to follow through with the drop off, unfortunately I wasn't on the premises upon accessing the text; however the van was properly secured and the key left in the drop box. All of your agents need to be reading from the same script, as the agent never informed me of the procedure that was required by the text. Overall I was fortunate to get through what I intended and I'm thankful for a facility like Uhall rentals which makes life less stressful. Have a pleasant day.
JEROME K.First of all you cannot get this location on the phone whatsoever no one picks up ever when I arrive the truck was filthy I changed the truck they missed quoted my gas mileage change the truck again then it was no AC working in that truck the truck was poorly operated when driving. I will never rent from this location and I suggest no one else also stay clear by the way this location is just contracted U-Haul do I gas station is not a U-Haul main Operational facility

Stephen R.Be more honest and transparent about the true cost of the rental. You brand your vans with $19 in giant lettering. The actual cost for was well over $100 for a 7 hr rental. The $19 is deceptive to the point of being dishonest.

Reginald C.I have been renting from the location for my construction business and I don't use the van for any rubbish removal. All of my work is clean. I ask for a clean van because all I need was transportation for a day do to my van in the shop and the salesperson gave me a old dirty van with dog hairs every where and the second van was no better and not clean in the back, what make me upset, there was about 8 new vans out side with the lower front door window and much better to see out and drive. Botton line I felt like he the salesperson is discrimination with some people like my self. Especially IF I ASK YOU TO GIVE ME SOMETHING CLEAN and NEW. It do not take a PHD to know when people favor other people. It was written all over his face.

mary M.This current U-Haul experience was not so good. The check engine light was on and there was a warning that the left tire air pressure was low. I informed the attendant and asked for a different truck. I was informed that it was a sensor and would be no issue. The tire issue really resulted in a very rocky ride and the truck made a lot of noise. Note: The contract called for 3/4 tank of gas. Upon return of the truck, I filled the tank to 1/2 tank. To my surprise the app was showing me that I was returning the truck with less gas than I started with. What ?? I actually put more gas than what I started with. Despite taking a picture, the app kept trying to add additional fuel charges to my bill. It was after hours so the attendant had no clue about the app. So I added more gas, three times. I put $27 gas in this truck and I went 6 miles only. Despite all this gas, the app continued to add fuel charges. What? How? I've exceeded the gas requirement. The app was actually saying I needed to put 7/8 a tank of gas, to avoid fuel charges. I was livid. I refused to add extra gas to this truck, so I changed the app to reflect the amount of fuel specified to avoid fuel charges and uploaded the photo so they can actually see that I exceeded what the contract specified. I wish I would have just changed the app before adding all that extra gas. So they got over on me for sure. This experience really has caused me to evaluate whether I'd use U-Haul again. It a very upsetting experience.

Dianne H.Originally had a RESERVED 15' truck at the Park Slope location. Arrived on time, and during check in process my account was on "hold" for some reason I had no idea of prior and had to call a number to fix it. The entire hold up was not because I owed money, but because my counter part on my uhaul account returned a truck an hour late A YEAR AGO. Took 40 minutes to get someone on the phone to fix my account (this took 2 minutes once I finally got through to a person/ felt pointless!) and apparently during that time someone rented out the truck I had reserved with no other alternative at their location. I had to go to a uhaul pick up location 35 minutes away. I also had dollies reserved and that went out the window since I had to go to a different location. This completely ruined my entire move! I left my home at 1130am gopick up my truck, did not come back with one until 230....I was late in my new building (moving in past allowed hours) and did not finish until almost midnight. This was the absolute worst experience and had a domino effect on my entire day making it the most stressful move ever. Still was charged to pay after this terrible service. I want a full refund.

This delayed my move out and travel ETA to Pennsylvania. Due to the 2 hr delay in getting the truck, it further delayed my exit out of the city putting me almost 5 hours behind schedule. Due to this delay, by the time I dropped the truck in Allentown, I had to rent a room ( which was not the plan) to stay overnight instead of getting on the road to Tennessee. I understand the weather played apart, but I didn't even receive a heads up that the Uhual pickup location would not be available. Had I known that, I could have adjust my schedule and not lost that time. That is where I am the most frustrated. I will be requesting some type of compensation for this delay.
