I can not remember the gentleman's name but he was the most helpful person we had during this entire rental. He was the only one willing to work with us when everyone else was turning us away (bc they are full or aren't taking trailers bc of covid) for returning our trailer in the town we had a signed contract for. I can't rave about him enough! He is the type of person uhaul's management should strive to be like.

Issues: 1) UHAul dispatch changed the drop off location at the last minute and i didn't realize it. I picked that location because i have a storge unit there. As i walked into the parking lot someone from the office came out with her hand up telling me to stop. I went ahead and drove it to the other location like they asked 2) The other location did not have personnel on site. AND THEY CHARGED ME ADDITIONAL MILEAGE TO DRIVE IT THERE FOR THEIR CONVENIENCE WHAT A DISASTER!!!!!!!!

Entry door is prone to trip people when entering. Only a small sign on door, which is not noticeable. Either ramp the threshold or paint slanted stripes red white or yellow white. Otherwise, very nice, helpful and friendly rental experience.

Best customer services experience I've ever had in my life. Another business cancelled our truck rental and the owner of this Uhaul company took over an hour drive just to help us out when we requested to use his uhaul aso a replacement. Most genuine and personable experience I've ever had. The truck was perfectly clean and helped out move go smoothly. Without the help of this owner, we would have been in serious trouble. Im recommending this location to all the friends and family I know. A++++ Experience
