Service was excellent, but they need to improve their wifi because we couldn't get the Uhaul app to work to take photos of the truck and mileage along with the fuel gauge.
Ron MVery slow to process check out. Took about a half hour. Claimed I owed $65 for gas and then after reviewing the contract, found she recorded the gas tank wrong. Also tried to charge me for extra mileage until we reviewed and found I was under by 27 miles. Very frustrating.
