Sweep out the cabs. Mine was full of sunflower seeds that the previous renter spit out around the cab. I cleaned them out cause I didn't want to get charged.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkAdmittedly, we dropped off after hours so were not inside the facility nor did we meet personnel. That said, the process was easy and convenient. May be my age and exhaustion but, if I had one suggestion, the key drop process might be more clear? The QR code signage had me feeling I needed the U-Haul app to return ... which I did not. Chris DService was excellent, but they need to improve their wifi because we couldn't get the Uhaul app to work to take photos of the truck and mileage along with the fuel gauge.
Ron MVery slow to process check out. Took about a half hour. Claimed I owed $65 for gas and then after reviewing the contract, found she recorded the gas tank wrong. Also tried to charge me for extra mileage until we reviewed and found I was under by 27 miles. Very frustrating.
