They did not include the appliance dolly that I had requested and the location was closed for the next 2 hours so there was no one there to assist. I couldn’t waste those 2 hours of my 6 hr reservation and ended up calling another location who was able to provide the dolly. I’m grateful for the other location, however it was very inconvenient that it was not originally included. Additionally, I opted for the online self check in which took incredibly long - won’t be doing that again in the future. Just going to an actual uhaul next time and not a neighborhood dealer.

Otis FWill provided great customer service. The cargo van I rented was nasty interior and exterior. The brake light was out. I’m not sure if it needs to be put in the shop or not but it wasn’t running properly. The seats had dog hair everywhere.
