I requested moving equipment and the truck I got had no moving equipment on it even though I was charged for it

Will provided great customer service. The cargo van I rented was nasty interior and exterior. The brake light was out. I’m not sure if it needs to be put in the shop or not but it wasn’t running properly. The seats had dog hair everywhere.
