At first was confused with what info I recieved through text message with the wrong address but once we realized that it was the wrong location to pick up the van and we found the right location it was smooth sailing. The customer service at 1100 Loring was immaculate. Even from the gentleman who did maintenance to the van and cleaned it up until the customer service with booking and paying. The ladies who worked there were welcoming, professional, and just gave a amazing energy!!!! I did book again for another day at the same location.....all smiles for me. I was very pleased!!!!
Sheila BFolks at the front desk were very helpful. I had to extend my reservation twice due to unforseen circumstances and they helped me out a lot.

MD RChile please, I can't imagine going anywhere else. I'm a small business owner in ENY since 2012. I can't say it enough how much I count on this UHAUL location. The team is professional, accommodating, they go above and beyond. Not just for me but I hear when they're on the phone filling orders for other customers. They're such a well-oiled machine that work so well with each other. My vending season is winding down, and I'll miss them. But until next summer... Thank you~

Danei JOriginal pick up location did not inform me in advance and update a change in the registration that they did not have my confirmed vehicle available. Causing me to have to get a ride to this location and pushing back my schedule 1hr plus the cost of getting to the new location. However, customer service was great an empathetic at trying to fix the issue. Unfortunately, although I was told there would be some kind of reimbursement, no one has followed up yet on crediting toward my reservation complaint. The alternate location experience was better and a smoother process thankfully.
ANNETTEB PThe place is well maintain clean. Very out spoken friendly and kind. The parking should be open so people impaired dont need to walk so long to reach the door.

Estalin SI specifically requested for a location where, I can park my car and leave until my return with hall to drop off. But this location that I was confirmed by customer service didn’t offer that. Also no rep ever told me that my appointment would be canceled if I didn’t show within 1 hour of appointment time. Local rep said UHall customer care called to confirm if I’m coming in, No one called. Very lucky that local place was able to find a replacement after my appointment was canceled

MARISOL CThe office itself is not easy to find. Trucks are everywhere but no real signage on where the actual office is. The office staff was really great! The tires on the truck were on their last legs. It was clean inside and out.

Estalin SThe truck door was giving a lot of problems with closing and opening. Another location on clarkson confirmed my reservation and then did not set up the pick up when I got to the location. This inconvenience me and caused me to incur more charges.

Estalin SYou screwed up our moving plan by being incompetent and not have our truck ready at the date/time on reservation and cost us more money. Never work with U-Haul ever again.
Bobby SCustomer service rude and did not explain charges beforehand l. Seemed like a scam. Wont ever go here again. And telling everyone I know never to go here.
