This was the worst location ever, after driving all the way from New York to south Florida; the location for drop off only had one person there, that wasn’t even a worker ( she was only there to watch the office until the worker came back the next day) which was odd. She didn’t know what to do and told me just to leave the trailer there and the worker will close out the paperwork the next day when the worker comes in. I then ask the person if something happen to the trailer today after I leave it there whose responsible for it if paperwork won’t be done till tomorrow? The person said I would. So I told her she needed to get in contact with whoever this worker is and get me the paperwork that returned the trailer. She call the worker and place the phone on speaker and the worker whose suppose to be at the office working tell me over the phone rudely that no one will bother the trailer and if I have a problem with leaving it without paperwork I can download the app and do it myself and hanged up. This location is very unprofessional, there wasn’t even any workers at 3pm in the day. I am very disappointed in U-Haul for this location.

Don't charge for gas when the client returned the truck with the amount or over the amount that you had requested.

Odd location. I was expecting a center not a double looking storage unit. If it hadn't been for the u haul sign itself, I never would have known it was there. C.S. from the young man who helped me with my return was great. Thanks

The personnel should not have charged us again cause he was informed it is paid for already.

I did not get the proper information of the drop off location. I was told I could drop off near my home and I was forced to return to the same place where I picked up the covered trailer...that was a total of 40 miles driven without proper cause.

Due to the new location, system was not running very well. Building was a little hot and the location was a little suspect. I believe the two people working the business did the best they could with limited resources.
