The location was great. I ended up there because UHAULS RESERVATION SYSTEM DOESNT WIRK AT ALL!!!! This is my fifth attempt to rent from the local haul location. I got a confirmation number, I got an email saying when and where... I get there and poof...no equipment available or reservation found. It's a horrible system.Marjorie F.

I think the truck could have a bin a little cleaner inside the cab and inside the box but overall I would rent from again.I very happy with the amount of the charge for the rent much better than pickups trucks to load and much faster.Wayne A.

The size truck I wanted was not available. Sounded like they were all in the northern part of the state. You need to figure out how to get them to the southern part. Also I cut my leg on the plate holding the trailer hitch. Perhaps the plates need to be filed down. I also asked for a revised bill. It was supposed to be fixed by the regional manager and I have not seen it yet. With all this being said, the staff at the Windham Aubuchon were very helpful but their hands were tied because of the lack of truck availability and the regional manager not emailing me a revised bill in a timely manner.Janet V.

My daughter returned the truck with her 76 year old Dad, who drove it up from CT. He doesn't have a smart phone so I was concerned about the drop-off process for them. CRAIG was so amazingly helpful to them both. I'm so glad this location was still open(with 10 minutes to spare) when they got there and that CRAIG helped them through it. Thank you Craig!!JOHN D.

The return was a nightmare. The UHaul app didn't allow neither me or my husbands phone to upload the photo of the odometer. By the time we talked with a customer service Person it was beyond the drop off time. Even though our photos show the time (within the agreement drop off time) UHaul is ignoring my request to remove the extra day charge Of $40-David W.
Trying to navigate Your automated system for pick up and drop off was one of the worst, frustrating and stressful experiences I have ever had. Your chat and phone support was useless and the phone support disconnected us purposely and made us have to call again which put us in a que that took so long our reservation expired. When trying to pay that also went down and we had to input our card over and over until it finally went through. You need to redesign your Automated pick up and drop off system completely. We will at this point never rent another u haul and will not recommend u haul to anyone we know.Michael R.
