My reservation was released to a customer minutes before I arrived for my appointment. Quick note, I was early for my appointment. I had a crew at my house that was paid by the hour to wait 2 hours before my arrival. The gentleman that assisted me in the hardware store was truly professional. Locationw as not prepared for UHaul rental. My location was moved from Pocasset, MA. location to Sandwich location day prior to pick up. Took over an hour to get the truck. They gave me the wrong truck and realized once I was over 40 minutes away, called and told me the truck was considered stolen and I had to bring it back immediately. Had to turn around and drive 40 minutes back (I am now at a set back of almost 3 hours). Had to then go home and pack all of my things and drive 8 hours to my new home where I had to cancel my movers because I couldn't get there in time due to the communication issues.KARLIE K.

Make sure employees are trained in understanding the 'sign up online' option. I had already done all the sign up work online ahead of time and ended up being an hour and a half late to get on the road because they needed me to sign up again in person...only to find the keys to the truck in the 'online pickup' box.Rachel B.

The gentleman who handles their uhaul rentals went above and beyond in order to help us rent a vehicle. The uhaul reservation representative one the phone who I had to call before I could pick up the vehicle was also excellent. Overall a great experience renting a uhaul. Thanks to both parties for their professionalism and commitment to provide excellent customer service. Things seldom go perfectly smoothly so it is the mark of a true professional that makes the difference between a great experience or a nightmare and we had a great experience because of both uhaul reps.Kevin G.
It is a new operation so the employees were unfamiliar with the online procedures- they figured it out though and were very pleasant - truck drove well ( 10 ft) to transport a piece of furniture- very happy as Nd wouldd dad use them agee as inPeter M.

I reserved a 20ft truck and they only had a 15ft one available. Uhaul wouldn't credit me for extra miles used since I had to take 2 trips and I didn't receive the $50 reservation guarantee. Also it was supposed to be a half day but took all day because the smaller truck.Brian W.

I was charged for an additional 5/10 of a mile... I took a picture of the odometer before I left their parking lot... Mileage was 9758.5, the final contract that was emailed, listed the mileage as 9758.0... I returned it at 9818.8... For a total 60.3 miles, not the 60.8... So if you want to nickel and dime me for 3/10 of a mile, over my guesstimate... Then it's only fair that I bring up the fact that I was overcharged by 5/10 of a mile...Rodney S.
