I am very happy with this location. All of the employees have been extremely helpful and accommodating. However, I am not completely satisfied with Uhaul for a couple of reasons. First of all, I attempted to make several reservations on your website, as we need a truck on multiple Sundays throughout the summer. I created an account on your website in order to make these reservations. After completing my initial reservation, I was unable to log back into my account. I called Uhaul's customer service, the representative verified that my username and password were both correct, but was unsure as to why I could not log back in to make additional reservations. She did inform me that I could take care of all my reservations over the phone. I called back on another day and spoke with another representative who handled my reservation requests. I explained that it was imperative that we pick up and drop off the truck at at the same location each week, as this is where our storage unit is and we are pressed for time on Sunday mornings. Since we do not have a place to park the truck overnight, I pick up the truck keys from the storage facility on Saturday and return on Sunday morning (when the storage facility opens) to load truck. This Saturday, June 3, I received a text message from Uhaul that stated my reservation was confirmed at another location. Since this information was incorrect, I called Uhaul's customer service number. I was then referred to the regional office. When I called the regional office the person I spoke with informed me that location I made my reservation for did not have a truck available for me. So, I would need to pick up at another location. I explained that I had already reserved the truck for this date, at this location and it was crucial that I pick up and drop off at that same location each week. This is the reason I had made 10 reservations, provided my credit card information and received confirmation numbers for each one. The representative went on to tell me that even though this took place, there was no guarantee that a truck would be available at that location. She said, "The reservation is more of a request." I have to say that I was pretty shocked by the response. I assume that these details are somewhere in the fine print of the contract. However, this goes against the basic definition of the word reservation (reservation: an arrangement to secure accommodations at a restaurant or hotel, on a boat or plane, etc.). I then followed up with storage facility directly after their office opened on Saturday morning and made arrangements with them to pick up the truck on Saturday, June 3 at 4:00pm after it was returned by the previous customer. I have spent a great deal of time both making the above mentioned reservations and resolving issues with these confirmed reservations. I would like be confident that my future reservation will be honored in the manner that they were made.

staff very helpful & considerate when the truck ordered had not been return from the previous renter. they continued their attempts to contact the previous renter along with trying to locate another truck from another location, then went above & beyond to compensate me for my lost time. At the end I received the truck ordered. Outstanding Customer Service !!!!

You charged my debit card already yesterday and your Rep which was very rude to me upon returning the van today, charged me again $109. I told him my bank was already charged and he said he didn't care that u-haul just wanted their money. I have contacted the fraud claims division and they are going to conduct am investigation. I am very upset and will never rent from u-haul again.!!! I am renting from Penske for my next move in 2 weeks. My money was stolen from me!!
