The truck was filthy. Had cigarette ashes all over the inside . Was covered in some sort of brown sticky mess. They over charged me . Transaction amount does not match the reciept. When we called to ask why I was charged $240 instead of $122 her response was " Well my answer to your question is i dont know " Watch your bank account on this one guys!Kiesha W.

The question about equipment does not seem to relate to this specific location. The truck was old and dirty, inside and out. The box hand multiple obvious patches and was covered with x's from previous damage. The steering had so much play that it was difficult to drive and the shocks seem to be shoot. Fortunately, it got us to our destination without mechanical problems. Overall, i would say this truck is a disgrace to the U-Haul brand.WILLIE D.

A 68 year old lady CANNOT lift the tongue of a 6' x 12' cargo trailer onto or off of a hitch ball by herself. A guy put it on for me while I paid so did not notice there wasn't one. I assumed it would have a jack and was unpleasantly surprised. If I had to return it after hours I would be stuck there. ALL THE LARGE CARGO TRAILERS NEED A JACK.JEAN D.

The truck was completely filthy. Smell like I had walked into a smoker's house I smelled like smoke every time I got out of it. There was something splattered across the windshield that after several attempts at the gas station and a car wash I could not get off to see out the window. Good thing I only had the truck for a day and didn't drive it that much. Come on U-Haul my My grandfather was one of the very first investors into this company he owned multiple service stations and bought into the company when they came into his stations with their sales pitch Y'all can do better than this.James A.

Mentioned the day of the rental we would be turning it the next day (Saturday) and was told that would be perfectly acceptable. Was called 3 times Friday night alone asking when we would be turning it and 2 more on Sunday morning. Returned it a few hours before our rental was up and got a call today (Monday) asking when we would be returning it. She continued to argue with me when I told her several times I had returned it the day prior, as well as what vehicle I was driving to return it (mine was repossessed by my grandfathers wife Friday after picking up the trailer because she was mad), even explained there where 2 gentleman and a KID in the shop when I had dropped it off. She proceeded to argue with me about whether I had returned the rental or not. She called me back 2 minutes later stating they found it parked behind another trailer. The trailer was absolutely filthy and there where rust spots underneath. Was charged for a hookup adapter then asked to return it when we returned the rental because she â€œforgotâ€ to charge us. I do NOT recommend renting from here, go to any other Uhaul for a rental. They are Entirely unprofessional, their equipment is all filthy, and packed so tightly together it's hard to remove it from the lot. I give them credit for being respectful upon pickup but otherwise, I would not go here, and I personally have absolutely NO intentions of getting another rental from this location. I did not appreciate the continuous calls or the argument over whether I had returned my rental or not.SHYANNE R.

It's not the fault of the location, but internet service (Verizon) is super spotty and I really struggled with going through the remote checkin. Pages would not load so it took an extra 20 min. If uhaul has signal boosters available this location could use one.Matthew K.

The truck really wasn't clean but not bad. There were muddy footprints on the floor. It's not a big deal but I wouldn't call it clean. The individuals were friendly and nice. They were also helpful. I really appreciate the low price I was given by the customer service representative on the phone. That was a great price and I was very happy about that. The other thing I want to mention is that they sent the movers to my house from Elkhart which is at least one hour from where I live. They were an hour late and I paid a two hour charge and they were here for 15 to 20 minutes. They were polite and did a good job but you should make an hour rate available. Thank youKaris C.

Well, there were not really any parking spaces and like other U-Haul places, not the cleanest because it was located with in an automotive repair business. The owner/manager was helpful and friendly. When I returned truck, I was unable to verify if thru your app. It kept telling me to make sure my location services turned on. It was. I tried going through the website and couldn't get that to work. I called the 800 number and got a message that Everyone was busy and to call back at a later time. I gave up asi had a 45 min drive home and it was getting late. I called again on the drive home and spoke with someone. After explaining my situation, she told me I should have taken pictures of the odometer, condition of the truck and location. No one ever told me to do that and that was my second truck in a week. I felt she was scolding me....Fortunately, i dealt with a location that was fair and honest.Mary C.

The van was extremely dirty with bug splatters on the outside and per hair riddled on the inside. The inside of the truck smelled of live stock, although there was none. This was the only cargo van on their lot - so I had no choice in renting as I had a confirmed appointment that I was meeting. This not what I've come to expect of Uhaul.Mohammad I.
