Give the Ã§ost of the rental experience within 4 hours of the customer returning the truck. I returned the truck around 4 p.m. but have not heard from the agent about the cost.WYMON H.
No complaints about the location. I have a few adjectives about the mobile check in process: confusing, intimidating, redundant, invasive, frustrating. The biggest complaint I have is that it is impossible to see the photos of the vehicle in the sunlight when looking for pre-existing damage before check out. Felt pressured.Gordon C.

Martin, the agent was great. However, I tried everything I could to have the "location service" verify that I had returned the truck to the correct location and it would not do so. I resent being charged an additional $20.00 because of this.,Richard A.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. The guy cancelled my reservation before my check in time, then double booked so I had to return by 945 the next even though my initial reservation was for 2 days and on top of that charged me a $50 cleaning fee because he said I didn't sweep out the back of the van. There was maybe 3 grains of dirt in the van that he had to shake the whole mat to just to get the crumbs to move onsite he said it was ok the when I looked at my statement he charged me. I literally watched the next customer leave in the van so I know he did nothing to the van. He is a is trying to scam me out of $50. But he does not know the power of credit card fraud. So I reported him and disputed the charge. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SCAM AND BE CAREFUL GOING AND RENTING AT THIS LOCATIONESOP J.
The â€œrequirementâ€ of having to call a second contact person was extremely annoying and insulting. As if speaking to one of my friends makes my transaction any more secure or legitimate. I've never had this request with any vehicle or equipment rental previously. It will make me not want to rent from U-Haul in the future.FREDERICK B.
