The guy at the pick up was good. But U-Haul it’s self dropped the ball on my order bc I need moving carts to help with my move and moving blankets. The guy said he was sorry but they didn’t have any or was given any. I booked out a week or more in advance. These no reason I shouldn’t have had what I needed. So now my back is a little more sore then it should be from moving this morning.

I reserved a 20ft truck on May 31 for a 7 am pickup on June 26 in Lafayette, Indiana (reservation #70656621). On May 30th, Uhaul called to tell me they had no trucks in Lafayette, and that I had to drive to Lebanon to get one. They didn't have any 20 foot trucks there and I was charged for a 26 foot truck which I did not order, and they didn't have the furniture pads I ordered because it wasn't a real Uhaul center.
Keegan HThey didn't have the dolly or furniture pads I requested. Also I was told by customer support that when I dropped it off I could file a dispute on those charges because I never got them... Well drop off happened and I never was prompted to dispute the issue.

Aaron MThe only problem I have is with Uhauls app. It sends a link for you to take pictures of the van before you leave and both times I rented it didn't work at all. Plus it suggests equipment to rent and when you put no thanks it adds it anyway. This isn't a problem with the place I rented from it is UHAULS PROBLEM
