The check-in was smooth and quick. Completing as much information as possible, such as pictures of the driver's license, ahead of time helps the process. The truck was exactly as expected and similar to other U-Hauls I've rented before. The driveway is a bit tight to navigate, but I was able to park my vehicle during the rental. The area behind the office and down the hill is a WiFi dead zone - difficult to complete check-out. I recommend stopping in front to complete the drop-off before parking.

frederick sI understand that this is not a provider policy, but rather a U-Haul policy, but they need to start making people return the trucks full of fuel. It is frustrating to pick up a moving truck with less than 1/4 tank of fuel and have to take time to immediately go fuel it up. It also makes it challenging to GUESS how much fuel you may or may not use so you can return it with the same amount. Just have people return with a full tank and apply a significant fee for not doing so, and that makes things much better for the next customer.
